Without a doubt I can say this is the absolutely the best electric company in the world without exaggeration as I have used three others unsuccessfully. From inception to completion they were not only knowledgeable, efficient, fast, friendly and professional but neat workers who respect your home and personal property. They go above and beyond electrical work and provide excellent customer service. They have what's lost today, great customer service. They aim to please. They appreciate you and recognize word of mouth is the best publicity.
I was replacing a bathroom exhaust fan with a heat lamp/exhaust fan combo and started the work myself. After running into several issues during the installation process, I decided to call a professional to finish the job. I found Bailey & Shipp online and didn't know much about the company, but was immediately impressed with the friendly receptionist when I called. She booked my appointment quickly and Bob came out the next day to finish the installation I had started. He said he had 30 years of experience and it showed. He resolved all of the wiring issues that had stumped me, and the heat lamp/exhaust fan are now working. Bob vacuumed the bathroom and left everything as he found it. Will definitely call Bailey & Shipp if I need an electrician again.
Very expensive. Eventually the job was done to satisfaction, but not without getting the owner involved and over a longer time period than I had originally planned (and longer than had been proposed by the sales team). Lastly, I thought I had paid them in full but apparently I had only paid the deposit of 50%. The company charged my credit card literally 9 months after the service was completed for the second half without even so much as notifying me in advance. I mean I did owe the money, so I'm 100% fine to pay it, but that's not great customer service by any stretch. I called to notify them and the associate told me "oh yeah, we switched over to a new billing system so that happens sometimes." Not even an apology.
