Unless you are a contractor, dont waste your time. Service is non existent.

Worst company I have ever done business with. I spent over $19,500 on Marvin windows from them. They told me they were Marvin "experts". What a joke. They measured EVERY WINDOW WRONG! They gave me 2 correctly measured windows out of the 19 I ordered. Worst part, they tried to blame the mismeasurements on my CONTRACTOR! He never measured the windows! My contractor has been in business over 30 years and has never been treated so badly. I have been a home owner for over 30 years and have never done business with a worse company. My advice, do business elsewhere. I certainly hope my review saves someone from the nightmare I had with them.
Much better quality and selection of lumber and decking than you get at the home centers. The staff is very knowledgeable and can get most special order items in about a week
