They did excellent body work on my van, handled all the insurance red tape, and the staff was friendly and helpful. I also appreciated that much of the staff, including the estimator, was female.
If you're particular about your paint, this is NOT the place for you. I chose Caliber because it was recommended by the insurance company after an accident. They painted the new panels twice and they still don't match. The insurance company inspected it and made them sand the clear coat because of an excessive amount of orange peel. I'm waiting to hear if they'll let me take it somewhere else to have the paint properly matched. They did detail my interior every time it was there for a rework. I feel like they've missed their calling.
