I have been a member for years. Today I went to have my car washed and had to provide a new credit card # for my VIP service due to a breach on my old card. I was told that I would be treated as a new customer and couldn't be grandfathered in as an existing member. There has been a 10% price increase and I no longer qualify for the fee I was paying and would be subject to the fee increase. The attendant told me she had no way to over ride that because management had disabled her button. So I cancelled my VIP membership. I guess they did me a favor because since they changed hands the service is horrible. The # of people working there has dropped (so it takes much longer) and the over all quality went in the toilet. The best thing that could happen would be that the new owners drive themselves out of business and the old owner comes back and buys the place for pennies on the dollar. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. DRIVE A DIRTY CAR BEFORE STOPPING HERE. YELP NEEDS MINUS STARS TO PROPERLY RATE THIS PLACE. Good by Gary B.

Fast, despite lines sometimes. They wash the car very well. They also have additional services like waxing and buffing scratches. Good, friendly service.
I’ve used both the Severna Park and Annapolis locations over the last 4 yrs. I find the service vary- a lot. Some days are very good, some days I have to ask for touch ups or shoddy cleaning services. I agree that the memberships aren’t worth it anymore. All in all reasonable, but, you may catch them on a not so good day.

Pretty good, have to ask finishers to make sure to get all the brake dust off the rims every time though
