The school takes child development seriously but does it through a fun, play-based curriculum that kept our child excited and engaged all day each day. I was truly impressed by the overall quality of the teachers, how patient they are and how they interact with the kids. Our son’s teachers, Ms. Wendy and Ms. Julia and the rest of the staff are wonderful! They are all you want your kid teachers to be! Our son comes home with reports of all the interesting things he has done throughout the day, and loves talking about them. I will highly recommend the Goddard school in Millersville. We had the best experience here! Ms. Wendy was with my son for most of his Goddard experience and the administration staff was amazing- shoutout to Courtney, Dipti, and Lindsay. We started him at an in home daycare at 3 months and at 4 years old we decided to move him to a more structured environment. Here, the teachers taught him to be a good friend, had him well in the road to reading, and worked to ensure he had the behaviors he would need to start Kindergarten. We will miss Goddard but hope to come back when he has days off school.
The quality of teaching has been excellent, and the school has such a warm, welcoming environment! The classrooms are clean and orderly and the playgrounds are up to date and safe. They even have an indoor gym with a climbing wall. We see a lot of happy faces in the classroom and that says a lot to us. Our son started there in the middle of the year after he had been at another PK- program and he has been thriving!
We found The Goddard School in Millersville, MD to be an outstanding school, so I wanted to take a moment to say thank you. From the owner Ms. Dipti Singh, to the administrative staff to each teacher and assistant; we've found the school to be incredibly well run and a loving and inspiring environment for our 4 year old son.
Our daughter has attended the Goddard Millersville school since it opened. Before choosing Goddard, we researched a number of area schools including Celebree and Kindercare. We were very impressed with the brand new facility, the owner, and her staff. Our daughter has attended the school now for almost half a year, and she has learned so much. Her fine motor skills, her vocabulary, her manners, and her creativity has all increased. We are very grateful to Goddard for the great work they do. As two working parents, we know we are leaving her in great hands every day.
Our daughter began with this location in January of 2017, and our son is a little Goddard Alum! The first draw to the Millersville location from the Pasadena location hands down was the Director, Courtney is incredible, and following that the impression from the rest of the staff as well as the owner Dipti has been impressionable time and time again. The Goddard Institution, the concept, well, it's incredible, and this location specifically is impressive. You won't be disappointed in looking here for your childcare, the measure of comparison is hard, because there is no comparison! 5-Stars over and over!
